CD100H Hydraulic Concrete Core Drill
Canyon’s fully hydraulic concrete core drilling system for rock or concrete is built to match your needs with a variety of power pack sizes, mast lengths/hydraulic controls and drill torques.
The complete core drill set up includes a self contained 37HP diesel driven power pack with an 80-gallon hydraulic supply reservoir to allow for additional valving such as a wireline for core retrieval. Additional features include: an Air to Oil fan driven cooler, fan temperature control, pressure and return filtration, directional controls and a skid mounted frame with lifting lugs for easy transport.
The hydraulic rotation head creates 1,180ft. lbs of torque and 2,610 pf pressure. The drill is mounted on an aluminum extruded screw feed assembly with 6 ft change and hydraulic motor with rod clamp (NQ). The sturdy drill sled is made from 3.5” HW pipe and is equipped with a double cone / swing dump clamp, water pump and 12’ tripod c/w hand crank for core retrieval
